We have creamed colored carpet in only two rooms of our house - the rest is tiled - and a Chocolate Lab who loves to rub and roll on the carpet after he has eaten. He also takes an occasional nap in those rooms. He doesn't have "accidents" in the house. What I needed to clean from the carpet was the dirt and oil that had accumulated from his coat. The ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner and the Pet Stain Formula kit did the job. Looks like new carpet!

I constantly mopped and scrubbed, but it seemed as if the odors would never go away. This product did the job, will be purchasing again for sure.

This product really works and has a great smell. I'm raising 2 pups and had a few stains I didn't think would come out. My carpet looks new again with no trace of any stains or smell. I love this product and will continue to buy it.
We have a 17 year old Dalmatian who doesn't always make it outside, so this year we bought the Bissell Carpet Deep Cleaner and the cleaning product bundles. Stains out, carpet really deep cleaned with none of the tell tale water marks of stain removal, plus no odor - I mean none! Never will we go back to carpet cleaning services.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having a new puppy, I needed something that would kill the pet odor. These products not only got rid of the new stains but got rid of the existing ones our landlord said would never come out!
My daughter has a new puppy and I bought the shampooers and cleaners for those "accidents". The cleaners seem to do the job. I like the spot and stain because we can spray the area right away to remove the odor.
I used this to clean my rugs having several pets. The instructions on the machine recommend cleaning until the water comes clean and on a spur of the moment decision I decided to try the deep cleaning solution that came with the machine and liked it better. The regular solution had a better smell and really seemed to clean. Gave it a test on an area rug and I was really impressed. I did not have any really bad spots because I clean up after any accidents and was using the cleaning kit that came with my carpeting. All in all this product was good it is just my personal opinion that the regular deep cleaning solution was better.
