This works very well. We have 2 baths so we leave it set up in one all the time. The only thing I did not care for was the cord on the remote. Since the remote is wireless and the only purpose the cord serves is so you won't lose it, I opt to remove it.
I found the product to help a lot with my sore joints and muscles, especially with my shoulder injury. It takes some getting used to to get into the tub with it in there but after a while its not problem. It would probably be good to have a large sized tub with it but its still works well in a standard sized one. Overall, I would recommend it to anyone needing some relief from pain and aches.
The "Thermal Spa Full Body Massaging Bath Mat" is a wonderful product. I suffer from Fibromyalgia and have found hot tubs and whirl pool baths can temporarily relieve my lower back and leg pain. Since my home is too small to install a whirl pool and I do not have the means to install a backyard hot tub this was the answer. It works very well. It is difficult to store because of the size. And the back and neck massage does not impress me, it just does not seem to do much. I do not like the foot massage part at all. They continue to float to the top and just get in the way. But those are minor items and after I get settled those issues are no longer important. I recommend using this product with spa music, candle light and a glass of wine. Thank you Wal-Mart for helping relieve my pain and destress my mind.
Bought this product for my husband who has arthritis. And figured it would help him with his joints. Well we just got back from driving over 400 miles and he used it for the first time, and he thought it was great, not as good as a hottub, but it helped relax him and loosen with up. I am glad that I bought this item, I can't wait to use it myself.
This product is great!! The bubbles simulate the jets of a jacuzzi tub. I wish there was a heater unit included. This was my 1st order on walmart.com and site to store. The item shipped quickly and was ready when I picked it up. The only problem was that there were no instructions to put it together. I was able to figure it out but, I'm still unsure what the lever in the center front is for.
This product works as well as I had expected. It is a low end thermal massager/spa and it works well. The only downside which I can see is the fact that it wont stay on the floor of the tub. With a few minor alterations (attaching more suction cups on the bottom) this problem is quickly eliminated. This is a good value for the money and it works very well. My wife loves it.
This product was not up to my expectations for sure. First, if you have a non-skid bottom on your tub the mat will not stick to it and as it bubbles will practically push the unlucky bather right out of the tub. My wife said it was like riding in a rodeo and she was just trying to stay on for the ride. Next, the unit is very loud and in the middle of the bath the hose coming from the pump to the mat blew off. It was anything but a relaxing experience. Regarding the picture on the box of the lady falling asleep in the tub, my wife said she must not have it turned on. And lastly, after my wife rescued herself from the tub we noticed that the hinge was broken on the mat. Overall I would say that this was a total waste of time and money.
I had the same item that was several years old that I got for $1.00 at an auction. I wanted to get a new one, but the new ones are approx 6-7 inches shorter. Just enough to make it less comfortable. The suction cups don't suction, and it blows cold air, making the tub water get cold faster. The jets don't have near the power the older model did. If I had not experienced the older verison, this one would be adequate. But I still would be dissappointed about the water getting cold so fast, the older one maintained the water tempt. For a person that is 5"6 and shorter might find it more comfortable.
THE MAT DID NOT FIT INTO THE TUB VERY GOOD. IT KEPT TRYING TO FLOAT TO THE TOP. IT WAS NOT VERY COMFORTABLE TO LAY ON
this product is totally useless to me to large for one tub and to small for the other . got to use for a whirlpool style attachment for my tub for a broken leg therapy.
