This product was exactly what I was looking for in that the price as well as design met my needs. I'd read reviews on other poles that were much more money and there was always the same complaint...RUST Rust would be an unavoidable factor I fear but I'm hoping that the bronz finish will help camaflauge it better than white or chrome. And if it doesn't, the price is such that I won't feel bad replacing it.
Very good product - it does exactly what it needs, holds all products without any problems. I didn't use one of the poles because it was too long. The baskets come out a little crooked because the rubber piece that holds the baskets in place don't cover the piece on the basket fully, but it still is sturdy enough.
I love the bronze color and the functionality of the product. It looks very expensive in my shower, and was by far less expensive than any other I have found online. The only thing they could improve is the locking pieces for the shelves and where the poles connect. I would have liked those to be a little stronger hardware. Bottom line ... yes, I would buy another one for my other bathroom.
Great value - best price anywhere. Product arrived and met expectation. Will fit very tall ceiling. we cut 1/3 of extention pole off to fit into our 8' ceiling shower. Would definitely recommend this product.
Perfect solution for tight spaces and can fit lots of items. Easy to install. Only thing I am worried about is whether the oil rubbed finish will not scratch off, since I have 2 matching towel rails and after 2 months I can start seeing the scratches. Otherwise excellent caddy to have.
i read a couple of negative reviews on here about having to cut poles. i didnt have to do that. it comes with a long, medium, short and shorter pole. u have to maybe put the medium on the bottom the short in the middle and the long on the top to get it to work. i think most people are not thinking it through. You dont have to go long on bottom, medium in middle and short on top like picture. That way didnt work for me. I have 8 ft ceilings and a standard tub/shower. Think looks great, is not jammed in there so no bowing, did not have to cut any poles. Wish the trays had a better way of attaching to the poles but it looks great at one third the cost of other stores for this color. i have had it for three months now no problems.
After a short time this product started to rust and then the soap dish plate totally rusted out in the middle and was a complete mess. I would not recommend this product.
...but has numerous flaws. The tubing is very cheap and bows out when installed in the shower. Also, the trays do not sit level because of the cheap vinyl 'wedges' that keep the trays in positions. They tilt forward and so does everything that is in them. The only thing good about them is the look. They match the rest of the colors in our bath.
I brought this thinking it was nice..but in time it does rust it start around a year after i purchase it...and the soap dish rusted the worst were chunks were comming off of it.. and left i rust mark on my tub...i will be buying plastic next time....so much moisture in a bathroom to no stop anything from not rusting!
The apparatus does not stand up straight. It bends and needed an additional bracket from the hardware store to secure to the wall in the shower. I would have spent a little extra to get a more stable and reliable product.
