Absolutely beautiful. All Chrome heavyweight sturdy. The top where you press jiggles a little bit but you get used to it and it's no big deal.
I really love the look of this product. It's more than just functional, it has real style.
Bought it to match the faucet which it does perfectly. Fuctionally though you really have to pump it to make it work. Could function better.
This dispenser looks great and works great for a year, but despite proper care and installation, it stopped working after a while. First it started to leak soap into the sink, and eventually it all but stopped having the power to pump soap at all. I am glad Delta discontinued it but I'm left with a useless dispenser.
I don't even know how this is possible but a piece of the spout is completely gone so now the soap is coming out of the front instead of the bottom. See photo. I was going to try and order a replacement but I see it has been discontinued. Customer service, please reach out to me for resolution.
Our soap dispenser has always leaked. I have bought replacement parts, my husband has torn it apart and tried to fix it. We never could get it to work without leaking soap all over the sink. I came on here to possibly buy another one. $80+. Nope, not going to do it! Very disappointing, especially for that price.
I have this faucet and soap dispenser installed in one of my bathrooms in my house. The soap dispenser assembly (the pump) is loose and unstable perhaps due to the fact that the metal part on the top (the part you push to dispense soap) is heavy metallic part and is attached to a flimsy plastic pipe assembly. In any case mine has not been functioning properly for months. I hope that Delta can stand behind this relatively expensive, yet, badly designed product.
I have the same problem as someone else who reviewed this product. Doesn't work bc the end of the nozel doesn't clear the counter and it drips on the granite, not into the sink. But you just said....sorry. thanks for the review. so wow. no help no answers?
