excellant product for price and easy to install
The Zenith hoop shower rod was just what we needed to hang a shower curtain around our old claw foot tub. The plastic screw holder you pound into the wall were junk, but I was able to just use the wood screws without them. It was wrth the money for us.
Received my order in just a few days, which was great. It was all in good shape when it arrived and I set to work installing it in our claw foot tub. Most of it went together fine, but I did have to make some adjustments to the hardware so it would fit our shower head set-up. I also used different anchors in the drywall ceiling that offered more strength, since I felt the plastic screw anchors included with the kit were not adequate. Not a big deal. The only part of this set up that I feel could be improved on is there could be 2 different sizes. Our tub is 5 1/2 feet long and the hoop comes up a bit short to give you full use of the tub while showering. It's a little tight. All in all, it's pretty great, and the white enamel paint gives it a very clean look. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
This piece works for the time, as we will be remodeling within the next few months, however I do not recommend this piece for a long term fix.. It's quite flimsy, but what can you expect for $30..
I got this shower rod because it was affordable and exactly what I needed..i was so happy to learn I could pick up at a close store free of shipping charges.when I got the product I didn't know I'd need so many tools to put it together including a hack saw..I'll be returning this item for something with less assembly needs.
the item was delivered ,not when it was supposed, with parts missing. Upon calling the manufacturers phone number , the replacement parts arrived, wrong parts. In the process of trying to get the right parts ,again.shower
