Not only do these lights look good, they kill bugs!
Great product we need them in all the Wal-Mart stores on the coast not just online. Makes the back yard fun again.
This lites up for at least 8 hours, it has both the blue and a white light depending on your mood. The zapper works effectively and two for this price beats anything else I could find. Had it up and running in less than five minutes and its automatic after that. Good buy!
This is a great product. Putting it together took no time at all and it's really easy to change from a regular light to the bug zapper light.
Don't expect a REAL bug zapper. Ours have killed a moth or two who managed to crawl into the light, but haven't seen a ZAP yet.
You get two lights one of them was not working plus they have these very cheap buttons on the bottom you cant tell if there on or off. I'm not happy.
They look okay. They remain lit for hours. As solar lights, they are okay. If you are expecting a bug zapper, they are not so good. I have sat right next to one of these and have still had flies and mosquitoes buzzing around me. I have never seen a bug get zapped by these lights, and I have had them over a year. Like all solar lights I have purchased, they did not last long. As another reviewer mentioned, the button to switch from zap mode to regular light is quite cheap and hard to reach without removing the cover. Stick with one of the traditional zappers on the site. They're much more reliable.
I won a 20$ gift card as a work incentive,so I thought I would buy these lights for the sides of my front porch. Thinking they would be functional for lighting and would also get rid of the bugs as they are attracted to light but I was so disappointed...one of them has NEVER worked and the other offers little illumination and neither work to eliminate ANY bugs. NOT WORTH A NICKLE
Well, the name should be renamed to NON-Killer Solar Light Set because they DID NOT kill one single mosquito. The light in them works really great so at least I can get some use out of them because as far as the Killer part, well they did not kill anything. I saw many mosquitoes around it, on it and nothing. I got bit several times and the light just did not work. Would I recommend it, NO way, not unless you wanted a solar powered night light. You get what you paid for in this case. I used it every day, charged it up and at night time not a darn thing happened
i never expected this product to kill large bugs. I wanted it to help with nats and small flying bugs. I bought 4, after week only 2 still worked and still work now. The basic moral is cheap is cheap. The 2 that are still working are doing what I expected but again don't expect much.
