[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used various Tomcat products over the years and have always been pleased with the quality of their products. They have a good variety of products, but the ones I like the most are the pet safe products. These refillable stations are awesome. Super easy to use and refill as needed. The directions and diagrams make it easy when using for the first time. Best part is they work! Highly recommend.
It is an effective product that I put in my “She Shed”.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such an easy mouse catcher and so quick and easy to fill. I just squeezed the tabs to pop the bait tray out, fill with the bait molds and pop back in the trap. It's so much easier than filling a spring trap and there is minimal touching of the bait. This product can be used inside or outside, if you have little field mice that like to sneak in around the pipes under your sink, just place a trap there and check to see when you caught one. The trap is re-useable and you don't even touch the mouse to dispose of it. But if you don't like the idea of looking at the mouse, they are inexpensive so you could toss it and get another, it's well worth it!
The Tomcat rat trap is the greatest trap out there. We live in the Sonoran desert and the rats were a huge problem. Began using this product a year ago. They work! Since using them however, I've had two of them just dissapear. Now a year later I understand as found this today in one of the traps I had set in our tool crib. I call it the best of the best.
I bought a tomcat mice snapper yesterday afternoon, next morning, we caught 2 in the same trap. Don't go to the Buffett at the same time!
I have Three of these bait stations they work great. But why don't you sell REFILLS for this STATION. Thank you
Bait stations are good for rats but are no match for squirrels. Been using the stations for years without incidence. and one day found one station chewed by a squirrel that ruined the station .
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Big plastic black box with a tunnel on the side. There is a door on the bottom that is tricky to remove to load the bait. If the box doesn't stay flat the bait will come out in the tunnel. Seems to make the door unnecessary. This doesn't seem child or pet resistant to me. There is a clear window on top to monitor the bait, but nothing to keep the bait in place. I thought this was going to be a trap that the rodent would be attracted to the bait and not be able to escape from. Unfortunately, this is not the case. As far as I can tell they just go inside to get the bait. If the bait can fall out the rodents can get out.
I purchased two of these traps as we were going on vacation and I did not want an exposed carcass under the sink or in the basement. Today, I saw a mouse run by the one in the basement; it failed to attract him. Looked at the one under the sink, where I observed that a mouse had been inside, eaten the bait, and left. Needless to say, the mouse is still loose. Unfortunately, the product has not worked as promised. I have gone back to traditional traps that kill effectively. Photo One below shows one unit as sold. Photo Two shows a second unit after its encounter with the mouse.
Do not order from this company/ supplier. They put wrong address on my package and never sent what I ordered they sent another item to someone else.
