[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ortho is the only product that we use in and around our house any more as it always works. No need to waste money on more expensive products. We have tried them all, even the ones that are more specific for example items that kill ants. Just go with this one. We used to get so many insects in our garage & especially on our patio. Now we keep this jug with the easy to use wand in our garage always handy. If we bring home a new plant, either from a fellow gardener or the garden center, we give it a spray and avoid any outside invasion.
I just moved back to southern Arizona and rented a beautiful house. The realtor told me they sprayed this inside before I moved in. It definitely works! I've seen a few dead roaches and a few scorpions. They end up, upside down, when they die. I saw the scorpions dying from the spray. Mind you, this house was sprayed 6 months ago and it's still killing bugs! So I definitely recommend this product. I'm going to have to re-spray here soon and I have a little dog. Never done it b4, wish me luck!
odorless and non-staining on anything it hits... haven't had spiders in the house for years. I spray along the baseboards and entrances (inside and out) and around the house. Also works on yellow jackets
All I can say is it is a great product an will buy more. I am so happy the company lets us buy direct an wish more companies did the same. Thank you!
This has worked great for keeping the little tiny ants form eating everything they could find in my home.I did find one big black ant in my kitchen floor but it was dead,so for now I`m pleased with this product. I did notice the price on line went from $5.66 to $7.37 a$1.71 raise in in price.
I have used this product for years and it works ! I have never seen roaches in my yard until today . Yikes !! I got out my ortho spray and that was the end of him ! Time for spraying under bushes, around the foundation of my house , under the eaves , and patio furniture ! I also spray indoors . The nossel adjust from a wide spray to a long stream for high places like corners of the ceiling where spiders seem to build there webs. I wear a cheep paper mask when doing a lot of high spraying since of course there will be some fall out from the product. I recommend buying this ortho product .
We think the product works great, however, long before the batteries die the sprayer stops working...so much for the beauty of that convenience and the savings of the large size. What can I do then but go buy another spray bottle and there go any savings benefit. We even tried changing the batteries to no avail. We thought it was a fluke the first time it occurred, but this is the second container we've had this problem with. Time to try another brand that may be just as effective with a more reliable sprayer.
Been using this product for a few years & I am pleased with the product itself. My issue is then wand itself. It will not pump the product! Spray half a gallon one day, went out the next day & it wouldn't pump. Battery is working fine. So I was going to need a second gallon anyways thus I bought one thinking once I used it, I'd just pour the first in the second container but guess what!!!! Second wand wouldn't work either!! I like the product but the wand is useless. Instead of giving me your BOT reply, tell me the number I call so you can send me a free replacement wand!!!
This stuff will leave a waxy appearance wherever you spray it. (see photo taken 24 hrs after application) Not “non-staining” as the label clearly states. I've used another brand on these same floors with no issue. This junk is headed to the garbage can.
I've been using this product for years keeping the ants out of my house. It used to be hard to apply as it had a pump spray and it used to have the work max on the bottle. Bought a bottle this years and the ants were killed... For a day. Used the entire gallon just on the back of my house over the course of a week. The ants were back the very next day every time. I went to my basement and found what was left of last years bottle(i used it last year inside and out in my house and had left over), and since i didn't have much left I sprayed just the problem areas. (The back of my house where i wasted an entire gallon of this years product.) The ants are gone. Its been 4 days and they haven't come back. So as my titla says it used to be great but apparently they decided to upgrade to a wand so that its easier to apply, but changed to an inferior product that no longer works. I would much rather pumo spray a product that is effective than wand a prduct that might as well be water.
