I really like this exercise ball. When I first filled it with air, i thought i had enough in it. well, i didn't. I let it set a day or two to let the material expand, then finished filling it with air, using the tape that came with it. I like using this, and it has exercises for you to do for every part of your body. I do recommend this product to anyone who is thinking about buying one, it is priced just right, and i know i will get the results i want using this ball. you can even use it for yoga if you like.
I baught this ball to replace my old one when I lost the plug for it. Thankfully I still had my own pump because the pump that came with this ball is not that great. On the plus side though once it's pumped up you won't have to pump it up again. I use it to exercise and my son uses it to play with (as well as all the neighbor kids) so it gets a lot of use. Additionally, it came with a varry helpfull chart of excercises. Totally worth the value.
I had purchased one of these about three years ago and it worked great, but I changed my workout plan and my large dog likes it so I let her have it to push around and got it covered in dirt, but it has never busted even with her chewing on it. I started a new workout plan last month that required the larger ball again (I had been using a bender ball which is about 8-12 cm I believe), and this ball has worked great, just as good as any I sometimes use up at the gym and I am sure way cheaper. Plus I swear you never have to put air in it again after the first time, at least I never did with the first one I owned and it is still full of air. Excellent value.
For the price was an excellent buy! I bought 2 more one for the office and one to carry with me anywhere I go (visiting faamily and friends) I use it as a chair all day long. It was perfect and $10.00 was extremely cheap. The same ball at a gym runs about $50.00
Definitely worth the price. Very sturdy and holds air well. I really like it for stretching and doing sit ups. It can also keep a child entertained for hours!
I've only had my stability ball for about 2 weeks, I absolutely love it. I sit on for about 30 to 60 minutes a day as I watch TV. I have very bad balance, and this ball is helping me to improve that. I also lay on it on my stomach and that totally relaxes the muscles in my lower back.
I bought this ball after canceling my gym membership. It does the job just like those balls at the gym. It holds air. The only thing is that it is a little big for some work outs. The pump that comes with it can be used for blowing up other things too, like air mattresses.
The exercise ball is exactly what i expected. Durable and easy to blow up. Some people complained it was hard to blow up. I don't understand that, it's not complicated... at all. Some of these exercise balls go for $30 or more. There is no need to buy an expensive ball this ball is the same quality as those. Great buy.
Actually, I'm using this as a chair at my desk at work. I work with computers and sitting all the time. I tried one of those chairs with no back but a knee pad. It was ok at first but after a while, my back hurt again and I'd start to lose circulation in my legs, not good. So now I use this exercise ball. It's a little taller than I'd like but seems to work well. I've been using it for several days now, it makes me want to move around more.
The only problem I have with this ball is that it seems weighted on one side, so if you stand up for a second, it will roll away - don't try sitting right back down - it won't be there. Besides that, you can't get any better for the price. I use it as a desk chair, even, because I've heard that it improves posture, and works some muscles - yay
