Best price on the internet with these attachments. This same blender is offered on other sites with different attachment packages. The actual blender housing is the same one in all of the packages. I am pretty sure that Delonghi only makes one hand blender motor. It is two speeds. You can pulse with either speed making it "Variable". You have to continuously hold the button to operate it. I guess it is a safely issue. It is massively powerful at 380 watts and the potato masher is awesome. It is a well constructed heavy duty machine.
Good product, no complaints thus far. As some other reviewers commented, it has a great amount of power so that is a good thing. For the money it is a good deal.
