I saw this in my chiropractor's waiting room, thought it was the greatest thing since paper dolls that I played with about 60 years ago. I bought it as a Christmas gift for a little girl. I thing it will be a great way for her to learn the different items of clothing and where to put them on the bodies. It will also be a way for her to learn colors and how to co-ordinate them and will also teach her about shapes.
This set is absolutely adorable for my 3-year old granddaughter. The dolls and clothing are very well made/sturdy and the outfits stick nicely. I agree with some other reviewers who said they wish a carrying case would come along with this item to hold all the outfits and dolls. Other than that, I would highly recommend this item.
My granddaughter just turned five and we - she and I - had a great time playing with this toy together while she was here on holiday The dolls are sturdy without being clunky. They stay up in their stands. The clothes are fashionable, or as my granddaughter says "fancy." They stick on the dolls easily and they stay on. Because she lives so far away, I bought two sets so we can play on Skype. I think you could create more sets of clothes to order for these dolls, such as professional clothing, so children can see what different careers look like.

the gift was for my 4-year-old great-granddaughter's birthday. she had seen something similar one of her cousins had received for refrigerator magnetic paper dolls and it was her request that she wanted some. she was very happy with what I bought her.
As I said above...I wish there was a carrying case that you could get with these for little hands so they could travel with them. Other than that....it is truly a perfect gift....will be buying more in the future. I will be getting Abby's younger sister, Emma, her own set for Christmas this year. Thanks so much Melissa & Doug!!
--From my 2 to 7 yo granddaughters this is a huge hit. Dressing the dolls is just part of the fun as they create scenes, use the doll(s) as teachers or doctors, and carry out wonderful conversations between them all. --The clothes just "snap" right onto the dolls with ease for the youngest of hands and are made so well, I expect them to last for generations. Cute clothes and mix and match outfits, too. Wholesome and fun and great to share with friends.
when i received my order on my porch. the box was completely opened , and the contents had a rip in the contents of items....
This item really needs a lid to hold everything together!! Easily spelt and hard to store!! Good quality but would not buy again because of the difficulty in putting it away. Granddaughter was frustrated when everything spilled out over and over again. :-(
