This cookware heats evenly and cooks everything well. Clean-up is easy and it is nice to not worry about using metal utensils. I have owned and used Wearever for years, and it never dissappoints me as other brands have.
This was my first time buying a cookware set, and I researched all the sets that I was looking at. I love this set, I was looking at a different set at the local Wal-Mart and I had that other set loaded in my cart, but when I turned the corner and saw this set and for the best price ever, I had to get this! I made pancakes this morning and they came out perfect!
This is my second set and I love them. I am still using my first set, but have decided for Christmas that I would like Santa to bring me another for all the extras that I need the same pots for. Do wish that they offered a 1 qt. pot for eggs and such, but I would still choose this set over and over again without it! Everyone that helps me to cook ask what it is and where I got it.
I did lots of research before choosing these pots. They cook evenly (I have a top of the line glass top range); wash up easily; and stack nicely in my pantry. For the price of one of my expensive pots, I got a full set with lids that cook equally as well. Highly recommend.
I just had to post a review for this set of pots. My parents gave it to me for Christmas and I love, love, love it so much. Nothing sticks, it heats evenly, cleans so easy and the collindar that comes with the set is priceless! You won't go wrong purchasing this set. You get the whole set for just a little more that one large piece would cost. A must for all cooks.
I have owned a set of these pans for 2 years and will be adding a second set at this price. These are a nice heavy weight that doesn't warp. The non-stick surface works great so clean-up is a breeze. I don't let my husband use these pans. He thinks everything needs to be preheated like an iron skillet. That's the perfect way to ruin the non-stick surface! I also don't put these pans in the dishwasher, it turned my older anodized cookware a lighter gray. However the lids are fine in the dishwasher. I rated "features" just 4 stars because I am not completely sold on glass lids.
These Wearever pans are by far the best product for the price I have seen. the pans have a good weight and stay put on the stove burner. They are easy to clean and retain their luster. All sets should include the double boiler/steamer as this unit does.
My brother sold Wearever products in the mid to late 60's and they were a great product them. They are even better now. I was waiting to be notified of another product through Walmart when I saw this one on sale. I had no experience with the other product and am glad that I waited and bought this one. Worth the money!!!
This is the best cookware I've ever used! The pieces are heavy (not too heavy) and sturdy. I've had my set for a year and a half and it still seems brand new! The non-stick coating is still perfectly intact. I would recommend this product to anyone. This is a great product at a great price!
We bought this Wearever set several years back - between four and six years (not exactly sure). They are still giving good service, they are still clean on the outside, still non-stick on the interior. Very easy clean-up. A very, very good value for the money. Two comments - - I recommend buying a second small skillet - that pan gets a lot of use in our house. - The only negative - the lid handles are covered by a flimsy, thin piece of rubber, and the lid handles can get too hot to handle without a pot holder.
