The product I got is a little different from the picture. My gps fits great, and it swivels like it is supposed to, but it doesn't have the long arm attached to the base like in the picture. The holder connects directly to the base. I really wish I had the extender part because I have to strain to see it while mounted to my windshield. All in all it is a good product though. It seems to be sturdy.
