Worked well with my HTC myTouch 4G. All ports and volume controls are not obstructed by the clams. The construction is a little frimsy like what the other reviewer has mentioned and you need to be careful when taking phone off and putting phone onto the mount. Could be built with some added padding on the device for the 12V connector to strengthen the hold. Made a little noise over bumpy roads when no phone is in the holder. Overall, good holder that meet my needs. Recommended. By the way, the site-to-store service is quick, easy and no shipping fee. However, you have to pay tax for the item. Good return service too if you need to return the items you bought online.
This item overall met my expectations, good price, easy to use and a lot of moving parts so you can set it exactly in the position you want, the little hooks that hold the phone are mobible so you can set them in a position that wont interfere with your cel buttons or ports, the only thing I would change is I would add an additional part to have a firmer hold since it holds a little loose from the cigarrette ligther.
