Everything I needed to complete my canning utensils. Used them several times already and they work great!
After 30 years of canning, I decided to get this kit. Wished I had it 30 years ago.
Product is good
I bought this primarily for the jar lifter and funnel. Great price for the set as I would have spent much more buying each individually. Only negative review I have is the magnet for the lid lifter came off the first time I put it in the hot water to retrieve a lid. Then I used the enclosed tongs to get the rest.
Everything meets expectations with the exception of the lid lifter. The magnet fell out with the first use.
Truly necessary for getting hot jam into jars and lifting jars out of hot water bath.
I liked the canning funnel, and have used the magnet stick a few times. However, the jar tightening piece, was not effective, and the can lifting (black handled) red rubber grabber area wore off after 4 episodes of canning. I would not buy this group again,
I hate to be a reviewer with bad review but I received the accessories packet some of the parts were in pieces.. The lid magnate and the tongs and I don't wont together burnt just wanted to let views know.
Tongs and funnel worked fine, but jar and lid grabber fell apart on first use. All I really needed was tongs and funnel.
