the moment I sat down on the Wagan bead/rattan cool cover I immediately felt the difference. the way it's constructed makes it a wise investment, whether your driving long distance or just around the hood. it's kinda like you wouldn't leave home without it. it not only helps you physically, it also protects your car seat from daily usage. so for whatever reason makes you purchase this product, you won't be sorry. in fact you'll be smiling because it makes your back feel soo good
My job requires that I drive all day. This seat does help. My butt does feel better. I got this because a buddy of mine who is a bus driver told me that these "bead seats" work and they do! This is a good value.
I have had two of these in the past and really like them. The beads soothe my back as the car is moving and they put me just a little more away from the obnoxious head rest. Very good item; will buy another one when this one dies.
I really like these covers for the summer. The beads do feel good on your back. I put some material underneath them to protect my seats. Great Price. I also bought one for my passenger seat and everyone who rides with me likes them.
I have not had this product long enough to know how it will hold up but I do know that when getting in or out of the vehicle the cool cover moves so it's necessary to straighten the cover every time. Also the outer material has a tendency to roll up underneath your butt when getting in.
Keeps my bottom & back cooler while driving. No more wet shirt sticking to my back when I leave the car. It's a very good & inexpensive way to see if you can be comfortable using this type of product. Could have a better way to attach it to the car seat, but for the price, you can add a bungee or 2 and keep it well placed on the seat.
I drive long distances frequently and I was hoping for a beaded backrest that would provide a bit of support as well as a cooling feature. I used this for several weeks and it now travels in the trunk of the car. The construction is too soft so it curls up when I'm getting in and out of the car which is very annoying. It twists and turns so has to be straightened when it bunches up under my legs. I really didn't detect much in the way of cooling either. I gave it a fair shot, but I probably won't be using it again. My car has fabric seats, this may work better on leather but I can't vouch for that.
This product was defective when it arrived. The elasticated strap that holds it in place (supposedly) came apart before I could even fit it in my car. My wife sewed it together again but the material would not hold. I secured it with 2 bias binding straps, but it moves away when one is being seated in the car.
Not comfortable. Too small and poorly made. Very flimsy, don't expect it last .
Purchased two for my sports car (Miata MX-5 convertible) that has black seats. They do feel alright on the back while driving the car. With the top down, the seat covers are easy to slide down into. But with the top up, the edges are curling and some of the woven bamboo fibers are pulling apart while getting in. My wife is small and the fibers are pulling apart on her too. Didn't expect much for the price but expected more than a couple of weeks. Will probably end up taking them back.
