Shipped quickly. Well made. Works great for long drives with a bad back.
I've used this product in my home computer chair for over a year now and highly recommend it for anyone who spends hours in a chair. I have several sliped disk in my lower back and the heat/massage of this cushion makes it possiable for me to spend up to 12 hours at my computer pain free. My son bought me a full chair cushion but I like this one better, and for the price you can't go wrong.
The is a stellar product I cannot say enough about this unit. I got this product and made a 2500 mile road trip with it and it saved my lower back from pain I otherwise would have had to endure. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone with lower back issues. The only thing I wish it had is a conversion plug so I could use it in the house. I have my friend working on such a converter now.
I had a vibrating lumbar pillow for my back before my surgery and it worked wonders. Now my wife is having back issues and it hurts her to drive long distance so I searched for another pillow for her. Saw this one and that it had heat as well. Wife LOVES this lumbar pillow! She uses it DAILY. May have to purchase the home adaptor so she can use it at home
I love this product and being able to pick it up at the store with no shipping charge was great. However the company Wagan lead me to believe that the cushion came with an AC/DC power source. I only wanted to use the cushion in my home so I had to order an AC adapter which cost about the same as I paid for the Wagan cushion to begin with. VERY DISAPPOINTED. The Wagan company should have made it clear and included is to begin with even if the cost was higher. As far as Walmart service it was a great experience.
I bought this for my brother who has lower back spasms. Unfortunately his job requires him to drive alot and makes his back pain worse. He says this has helped immensely with his discomfort. He purchased an adaptor so that he can use the cushion in his recliner at home. The price is great and it arrived within three days.
Back support was okay, but when i tried to loop the cushions (i bought two) over my cars' seats, the elastic bands broke off.
This Lumbar Support vibrating pillow, needs a convertor that cost $20.00, so you can use it at your desk or in your home. It only comes with the car adaptor. It is not worth the expense of needing to spend $20.00 more dollars, to use in my home. Plus this pillow is way too large, for the average Desk Chair, causing the person to sit on the edge of their chair, which defeats the purpose of having a Lumbar Support device. It is also too hard, not soft and flexible, to fit the curves of your back. For all these reasons, I sent it back.
I needed some extra support for a long car ride and thought this would work well. Honestly, it's fine for a little while, but definitely not for more than 30min. It would probably be fine for someone traveling to/from work (short commutes). The vibrating massage function didn't work for me. It vibrated, but it was nothing spectacular. Also, this makes parts of this support system harder than the rest, causing my back to become sore.
The pillow left space between the upper back and the surface of the seat. May be fine in other cars but not the 2007 Honda Accord. Which by the way has the least supportive seats ever!!
