Better than Armor All, etc. for marine vinyl and I use Armor All for my cars. Longer lasting protection and seems to contributed to my boat's seats lasting 10 yrs.
This works great on my boat vinyl and on the hot tub cover. (We are in FL and black mold forms on everything.)
I use this product on my boat cushions when I winterize the boat in the fall. Any mildew that occurs during the winter is easily removed in the Spring.
I've used Meguiar's Marine/RV vinyl and rubber cleaner for probably almost 20 years. First purchase for use on my boats white interior. Always cleans and makes the white white. Began using on my vehicles as well or dashboards, consoles and rubber weather stripping. Does a great job. Fine product. Highly recommend.
