I am very satisfied with this product. If you follow the instructions the rice comes out fluffy and perfect. It is so nice that I don't have to burn rice on the cook top anymore. It also steams vegetables perfectly. Just keep in mind, this size is really not made for one person since the minimal requirement are 4 cups of rice. I should have purchased a smaller one.
Cooks rice perfect! Easy to use and I really like the look of this rice cooker. We have had so many rice cookers and it is just nice to have a different look.
Works very well and rice does not stick as advertised. Easy to use and clean.

Rice was perfectly cooked at the first time only. After that it stopped working. Push button was not working perfectly.
