I've only made a few pizzas on this pan, but they turned out perfectly cooked. The crust was nice and crispy, while still being soft and not dried out and not doughy. The only down-side is that you can't use metal utensils on it without risking scratching it. But I have a stainless steel pan that I slide the pizza on to cut it. The non-stick surface works very well, it just slides right off! Very good buy!

I shopped around for a large pizza pan until I found this one. This is a fantastic pizza pan! It does everything Calphalon says it doe stick & has no s and more... It does not have a mess to clean up! If you are looking for a great large pizza pan I would definitely recommend this product!! A satisfied customer!!!
This pan is worth every penny. Bought one last year (here today to buy another). For the past year, used it alongside a less expensive one. The cheaper one is ready for the trash bin. But this Calphalon still looks and performs like brand new. Used 1x week. Highly recommend.

This pan has been fantastic. It can take higher heat which is important for making pizza and nothing ever sticks. The holes in it ensure a crispy crust every time. In fact, sometimes I want my crust a little softer and wish there was a version Calphalon made without holes. Overall a great purchase at a very good price.
