This is the best cake pan I have ever had. Great for brownies too! Bakes evenly. I love it!
I am quite simply amazed by the quality of this pan! I really had no idea you could even get a cake pan of this incredible quality! I was literally shocked when I opened the package and held it in my hands. The heavy weight alone is indicative of its quality. The smooth surface told me right away nothing would be sticking to this pan! I hadn't gotten a new one in over ten years and so it made this one seem even more incredible. I baked a cake with it and before now, I always thought my oven just cooked unevenly. It turns out it was just my bad bakeware! This one came out perfectly. All these years I thought I needed a new oven! Best of all, this product is so inexpensive, especially considering the quality. You know a pan is good when it comes with a ten year warranty. I have no doubt I'll be needing to use the warranty. This one bakes and washes like a dream. I'll never use anything else. Disclaimer: I received this pan in exchange for my honest review. While I received this product for free, the opinions and thoughts included in this review are my own. I used it to bake brownies with butterscotch chips. Was skeptical about not greasing the pan.. These brownies came out of the pan so easily! not one piece was broken. Highly satisfied with the ease of cleaning as well
While I received this product for free, the opinions and thoughts included in this review are my own. I was so excited to get this Rectangle Cake Pan since all I have is round ones. This pan is perfect for making sheet cakes and cookie bars. I do a lot of baking and like to have quality products to use. My favorite feature is the durable nonstick finish. This makes it easy to remove the cakes and other desserts I make. I hate when I make something and it falls apart or sticks to the pan as I remove it. So I love that with this cake pan my cakes come out easy peasy! I also love that this pan is dishwasher safe. I hate to do dishes so having a pan I can just stick in the dishwasher makes making a yummy dessert all the better!
I tried out this pan baking a german chocolate cake from a boxed mix. I baked it for 35 minutes at 325 degrees. I found the pan worked great. I didn't use any spray, oil, or butter to grease the pan and when the cake came out there was almost nothing left behind. It almost looked as if I hadn't used it. The bottom of the cake was evenly brown so it distributes the heat well. I had the rack positioned almost dead center in the oven. It is a very nice heavy weight dark cake pan. I think it will perform well under most conditions and with most ovens. I received this cake pan at no cost for this review however all opinions are based on my own experience while baking with it.
This is a great cake pan! I've used it to cook a chocolate cake (from scratch) for my daughter's birthday and didn't have any issues with the cake crumbling and sticking to the bottom or sides of the pan. I also use it for baking brownies and bars, and they always come out tasty. I like that the pan seems more durable than most that I've used, and it cleans up nicely after. I don't have a dishwasher, but it cleans easily when I wash it by hand. While I received this product for free, the opinions and thoughts included in this review are my own.
