I have not had any problems using this oil in my car. Ive used it at least 5 times to do oil changes on my car and its never caused any problems. I usually change my oil b/w 5k and 7.5k (on my car its recommended 7.5k interval max) and even at the max mileage the oil is still a dark brown and not the super inky black...I drive around 15 to 16k a year; Ive used Castrol and Quaker State oil for my car too, so I would rank this at the top with QS at 2nd and Castrol at 3rd. Also, Valvoline gives out a lot of rebates for buying this oil, which I use every time I buy any.
