The boxes looked as if they had been thrown. Some of the containers had leaked. One was upside down. One was laying on the corner of the box. Something was all over them white dry. I've never had anything thrown like that.
Great deal!! But the delivery service just terrible, they threw the boxes upside down and some of the gallons leaked; when I arrived instead of 10 I had 7.
Have used this product with no issues until now. They sent this product with an unusable hose. The rubber air piece wasn't the same as it's been for as long s as I've used it and the hose didn't attach at all, just fell off every time I tried even holding it in place to fill my Jeep.
They don't ship in any type of box. It is just the jug. The jug was crished, I assume during shipping. Some had obviously leaked out, because it is all crusty by the cap.
Price is great. It does the DEF job. But there is a problem with the container/dispensing spout. This is the 2nd container I have purchased (both at different stores) that has a deformed air-inlet valve on the spout. This causes leaks when using the spout. In both cases, the air inlet valve was split. In this recent purchase, the air inlet valve also was sealed closed at the end. This is a quality control problem. Please correct it so I can dispense the DEF without spilling it. See pix.

Good price and fast delivery. But when I opened the package, I found that the weight was different, and there was a lot of difference. It's so sad. hope factory can solve this problem.
Ever since used this an ACTION REQUIRED due to poor quality exhaust fluid has popped up on my dash.
package was delivered a week after promised in a wet broken box that was crushed and product was tipped and leaking.
Had been a fan of this product for its price and convenience until I got a nearly $3,000 repair bill. This is poor quality and will end up clogging your system and replacing senors, injectors, clean out, etc. I would advise all to stay away and spend a few extra bucks to use factory DEF designed for your vehicle.
