I got this bedding for my guestroom, and I love the way it looks on the bed. The only drawback is that the microsuede is only on one side of the shams and comfortor. So if you pick up the pillows or lift the comfortor and see the back is basically the same cream colored cotton material as the sheets, you know why you only paid $80 for the whole set. Other than that, it looks very nice and I like it. The color is a tad bit darker in person than it looks online, but maybe that's just my screen or something, and the difference is not significant enough to where I wouldn't have bought it if I'd known. The microsuede is very soft and elegant looking. I especially like that it has the microsuede trim on the pillowcases and sheets. Looks great with some cute decorative pillows! Also the comfortor is not very thick at all, which works well for me since it's never cold here, but if you need bedding to keep you extra warm plan on buying additional blankets or something.
When you look at the facts this is a great price for the bedding. First off, this isn't just a comforter...it's the entire bed in the bag. The only thing missing is the matching curtains! Just got an apartment and looked everywhere for bedding. I couldn't find any my fiance and I agreed on. This worked. It'd very simple, what some people might consider plain. But because of the materials used it actually looks quite elligant. I didn't think I'd want tan in a bedroom. I like color, but the set is so beautiful that I don't miss that it's lacking in color. It's very soft too. Very comfortable. It is well worth the price paid. For just under $90 I got a complete bedding set and actually saved because to go out and buy a whole set separately can cost a lot of money. In fact I'm almost certain had I not gotten this I would have paid close to double for another set. So if you've been looking and this caught your eye, it's not something you want to pass up on! I don't think I've been happier with a bedding set. And I've never seen a BED IN A BAG that looked this good!
I bought this set almost 3 years ago; and I love it. It gives my bedroom a warm, and comforting look. It is great in the winter, spring, and fall. And can be used on a cool summers night. It is very soft, and I would buy another set to replace this one if I needed. They are bulky, and do require a drive to the laundromat to wash them. However it is money well spent. Even after 3 years it still looks like new!
I took awhile looking at all kinds of Cali King bedding. Most were really expensive and really thin. This bedding is really beautiful! Nice and thick and has a luxury five start hotel kind of feeling. My husband also loves it and has even started making the bed cause he loves the way it looks. I am very happy I decided to go ahead and purchase it! So if you are thinking about getting it -What are you waiting for? I wish I would have bought it months ago instead of waiting to make sure it was what I really wanted! Great price and great bedding!
I was quite drawn to this comforter set, merely based on the picture in the add. I read all the reviews and looked at other comforters but decided to try this set. Whats the worst that could happen...if I didnt like it, I could just return it. I ordered it online and paid less than a dollar for shipping!!! (some kind of special) The first night sleeping on this set, and every night since then, was like getting into a brand new bed! I LOVE IT!!! I sleep better than ever! The sheets are great, the comforter is amazing! It is microsuede on the top and feels like a top sheet sewn into the bottom half. I have a sweet little black lab chow mix, that loves to sleep next to me and yes pet hair is all over it, but all I do is give it a good shake in the morning and the pet hair is gone! This is worth every penny!!
I would recommend this comforter set for anyone who wants a good deal without spending a fortune. The sheets were so easy to get on (my queen size bed)! No more stretching to make them fit. The whole set was long enough to cover the bed. In some sets the comforter is shorter, but not this one. The bed skirt is very nice also. It was a great inclusion. It is a very warm set. Definately a great value...everything is included!
We've had this comforter/sheet set for about 4 years now. We have finally decided to shop for it's replacement and we realized, "nothing" compares! It's held up great, however would not recommend washing in your own washing machine, we have a King size and I've done it, but it doesn't work well and I had to shove it in my dryer and because it was a tight fit, it actually got some burn marks on it (this does NOT reflect the quality of the comforter--my machine is just TOO small). I would highly recommend it!
I've had this set for over a year now & it's SOO soft & comfy! Only complaint is that the comforter doesn't survive washing! The fiber filling instantly lumps & clumps inside the comfortor layers, making it not only look rather shabby, but also doesn't provide even warmth!
I own this set in the full size and am very satisfied with it. So much so, that I ordered it in King size. I do not know what happened, but the King size is not of the same quality as the full. The full set is very puffy and nice, but the king size was very flat and EXTREMLY wrinkled. It looked as if it had been used for years. So I returned it and will not re-order as I fear it would be the same. Very disappointed this time.
I just purched this bed in a bag i washed all the pices and while washing the conforter it riped in the washer i am returing it, i would not buy this product. hope this helps.
