I bought this for a twin bed and returned it. It is made more for a crib. It left a couple of inches of room on both sides of the pad. I was looking for a cover to fit the entire width of the bed so accidents did not reach the mattress. I think this item is good for cribs but I was not satisfyied to keep it for my twin bed.
i think it should be bgger to cover the whole matress and have some sort of elastic to hold on to the matress. it is ok but could be better
