This 3" mattress is another "must have". The 1" that comes with it is just not enough padding. You can use both or use the 1" for a pack 'n play type. It's really a great value considering it's for our granddaughter now and grandson due in 2 mos.
This mattress is great and is a lot nicer and thicker than the one that comes with most Portable Cribs. I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a comfortable Mattress for their little one to sleep on.
This was a perfect fit for my new grandson's port-a-crib! Just the right thickness for his naps and overnight stays. For my first grandchild, nothing but the best; and that is what I got!
Overall a good mattress. PROS: soft but firm well constructed CONS: a little snug for the Delta portable crib finding a fitted sheet to fit it. I had to make mine.
This mattress fits my Dream of Me portable bed perfectly. It's 3" thick and has a waterproof covering that doesn't make lots of noise. I am very pleased with this purchase. It was an easy buy.
I bought this for a porta crib for a foster baby,and just love it. The price is great and I love that it makes the porta crib much softer to sleep on for the baby.
This mattress fit perfectly in the portable play pen we are using at our house for a crib. The sheets also fit and wash up nicely. It was the best alternative to buying a brand new crib and mattress. My 10 month old Grandson sleeps so comfortably on it. That's what is most important. Great buy for the money!
It didn't take long for me to get my mattress after I order at Wal-Mart on-line system. My 7 weeks old son likes the mattress, I think the mattress support his back and make him comfortable when he sleeps
I ordered both this and WalMart's cheaper Kolcraft portable crib mattress, since I couldn't tell what they were like from the product descriptions here. This mattress measures 3" thick, while the cheaper one measures 2.5". I can't tell the difference by looking at them. This mattress does have a heavier vinyl cover, and may be very slightly firmer. But the heavier vinyl also makes more noise. The heavier vinyl will probably last longer, but since it's also significantly more expensive, I'm going to return this one and keep the cheaper one.
I ordered this for my daughter for her pack 'n play as she was going to be using it for a long trip. She has not yet tried it, but we have had houseguests using it with their 8 month old daughter, and she loves it. My only complaint about it is that it could stand to be about one inch wider, as it doesn't fit snug in my model. There is a gap on the side that may need to be filled with a rolled towel or something along those lines.
