Ilove this quilt...it looks very good on my bed i got a king size for a queen size bed perfect....the colors are a little light but i still like it....
This quilt set is so pretty. I wanted something that would brighten up my dark chocolate bedroom and this is it. The colors are muted and really work for me. Have not washed it so don't know how that will be, but the king covers my queen bed almost to the floor. LOVE IT
It's exactly what I wanted. Very pleased and looks great on my bed. The stitching is done very well so that the layers inside will not seperate or bunch up when washed.
The Saraha Quilt met my expectations. It was well made and for the price, it was an unbelieveable bargin. It looks as if it should have cost a lot more than it did. Everyone that sees it, loves the quilt.
I was very pleased with this purchase. I knew from reading previous reviews that the color was going to be different than the online picture, so I was prepared. I like the color. I will be painting my walls a darker color, so the light quilt will look great for some contrast. The stitching on the quilt is beautiful and makes for an elegant appearance. I can decorate with almost any color due to the soft color of the quilt -it will go with any color. The included shams make this an awesome value. I actually am using the reverse side on my bed for more color.
This quilt set is beautiful. It is oversized enough to cover a very thick mattress. I love it. I would have never thought you could get something so nice and well made for this price.
I was very pleased when I received this set. I was even prepared for the king size quilt not to fit properly because I had read all the previous reviews. I have a king size pillow top mattress, very thick & the quilt just barely comes to the top of the box spring. The obvious solution is to get a bed skirt which I did & now it looks great! Also I would mention along with others that the shams are just standard size, not king. The skirt that I bought had matching shams so I bought one of those too. The color is pretty much like is on my monitor. It's an ivory with a pale beige or mushroom color. They are not bold colors, they are both muted & very soft. The quilt is a good weight & well made. For the price you are getting very good value, you'd pay more elsewhere. The best thing about the set is that it is a neutral color & you can change it up with almost any other color accessories for a quick change!
I ordered this quilt set on clearance for $25.00 I ordered a king size set for my king size sleigh bed. The quilt was WAY too small, and barely covered the mattress on the sides. I gave it to my mother for her queen size bed, and it looks great! Also, the king size set includes standard shams, which was another negative. I don't know why people are complaining about the colors. The actual quilt looks exactly like the picture. The colors are antique ivory and very light beige. If you are looking for a bright white, this is not for you! However, if you want a quilt that looks like it came out of your grandma's attic, this is perfect! The stitching is beautiful. Overall, this quilt looks like it cost way more than it did. What a great value!
I bought this quilt because it is washable. Since the Queen size is oversized it fits perfectly. This quilt can be used on either side for a change of pace because the under side is the reverse of the top. I am concerned about the stitched diamond matelassé pattern how it will hold up when it is washed. It does not look like it is sewn all that well. I will find out in the future. The price is great for the product! I did the site to store which was super easy. It got here in about 7 or 8 days.
This quilt (I bought a King for a Queen sized bed from other peoples' suggestions) fits great and looks great. We just have to turn the edge down at the head of the bed, which I think looks better anyways, otherwise it would be on the floor. It is not too warm so you don't get hot, and since it is over-sized, my husband and I don't have issues (we are both blanket hoggers!) The simple design is nice especially with our earthy green walls, and the simplicity is perfect. Often flashy patterned quilts with lots of color overdo it and make the room look tacky, but this quilt is perfect for any decor! The price is amazing for the product too! Definitely spend the money. I did the site to store thing and it was super easy to do, I plan to use it more often! It got here in about 7 or 8 days I think. Thanks Wal-Mart!
