It is very soft material and after washing it actually does not shrink and doesn't lose its soft quality. It's perfect sizing in queen which does fill the whole queen size comforter because I have had cover sets before that would be a little bit too big for the comforter. This fits perfectly and so far I have received a couple of compliments from my daughters friend about how perfect the blush color it is.

The size can fit either a full size mattress or queen, I currently have a queen size bed at it fits with no problems.
