THE BEDSPREAD FIT PERFECT ON THE BED. IT LOOKS GREAT. LOVE IT
For once a bedspread that is as good as the picture!! It really is this big and drapey and gorgeous. Not bad fabric (I HATE cheap scratchy velvet), awesome color.
This bed spread is a deep red color and works well with the earth tone colors in my bed room. The only gripe I have about this bedspread is that unless you are able to lay it out perfectly on your bed, it hangs a little strangely. Basically, it has the velvet side sewn with a cotton sheet type backing and it is only sewn together at the edges, so it doesn't lay as well as I thought it would. I also have a micro fiber blanket under it that could be why is doesn't hang properly. when the weather gets warmer and I take the blanket off, that may solve this issue so my opinion of this bedspread may improve.
It flares and looks like the photo. I wish there were pillow shams for it, but it is great as it is. Glad I bought it.
