We absolutely love this quilt in our master bedroom. This quilt set is beautiful. The toille taupe has a nice antique look. It is lightweight and is great for our hotter weather. The detail work on the quilting is very intricate and the overall look is very expensive. Because our mattress set is very deep I ordered the king size and it drapes beautifully. I would definitely recommend this set. Also, after our standard poodles decided to do a little rain dance on our bed I had to wash it and it turned out just great. We are very pleased with our purchase. I found this same set at a discount website but decided to check out the quilts on the WM website. WM had it for $15.00 less! Plus the site to store purchase saved me on shipping.
This quilt was a great buy. Wanted something for the summer that was not to thick nor not too thin. It is just right. The texture of the quilt is wonderful. I am thouroughly satisfied with it and when this one wears out, I will be purchasing another one. There is a hint of grey in the quilt, just a hint, that I did not think was there but in no means does it clash with the decor that is in my bedroom.
I ordered king size for my queen size bed and it covers the bed nicely so sheets don't need tucking in. It looks great and it's a bonus to have shams included! The scalloped edging is very pretty. Also like the reversible stripe. My husband doesn't think it's too feminine either. It's fairly warm for midwest winters too!
This is a very nice quilt. Heavy and wrinkle free. I have a queen bed and purchased the king. I turned it sideways, and it covered the bed better, but then the houses in the design were sideways. It is still kind of short, but I like the quilt so much I am overlooking these things. I used two bed skirts-one stripe, one solid, to jazz it up abit. I also was disappointed the shams were not king, but for the price it is worth it!
I loved this quilt but I ended up returning it because of the cream background (which I thought was white) didn't match my newly painted walls. I was tempted to repaint my room just to keep the quilt. The stitching was strong and durable to withstand my kids jumping on the bed, my husband loved it too. If the background was white like I thought it was in the picture, it would have been perfect.
This is a beautiful quilt set and really made well. Although I ordered a Queen size for my bed, and I have the deep pillow top mattress, so it wasn't quite big enough. I took it back and ordered a King size! Fits wonderful! Hangs just right! Being a natural color you can highlight the room with just about any other color along with it. Loved the look!
I purchased this quilt on-line for a shore house and absolutely loved it once I put it on my bed. It was nicer looking than I had expected. I did however buy a king size quilt for my queen bed so it would lay much better. I love the fact that it was soft and cozy feeling and it is machine washable.
This is a very nice quality quilt, soft and light weight. The only thing I was disappointed in is that the quilt is lighter in color than I expected. That doesn't take away from the quality of the quilt though. It is just a personal preference of mine. It fits the Queen size bed well and is a good value for the price.
I really like the quilt set taupe, the color and quilt design is very nice, but for a queen set the quilt did not hang on my bed like I wanted it to. I would suggest that those who may be interested in the item, purchase the king size for it to hang the length of the flooring as shown in the picture. My bed is at the highest level so that may have played a part of the problem, but I feel it was not large enough. but I will be keeping the set because the shams fit my pillows, and my bed is a queen size bed.
I bought a King size spread and it fit the my Queen size bed better. I love the Spread, the size just did not fit.
