Not what I expected at all- *MUCH BETTER* in person. GREAT ITEM! This pillow is very sturdy & wipes away clean with a diaper wipe if needed. The sound is awesome. I plugged it into the TV to use for the PS2 and we had surround sound. The volume needs to be turnd up on the TV to get the best sound. The only thing I don't like about pillow is the AC plug is in the back while the other plugs are on the side. Not a big deal though. It also comes with a storage bag for the AC adaptor & plugs. The cords are long enough for a good reach too.
