I bought this as a gift for an insomniac friend. I was very pleased to know it was delivered earlier than the estimated delivery day, and in great shape. My friend is delighted with this pillow. She said her little brother kept trying to steal it from her. It's a great price for the value, and my friend is now sleeping much better. I'm so glad I bought this for her.
This pillow is absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend this pillow. I have a hard time falling asleep and getting comfy, with pillow it has made it a lot easier. I actually ended up buying two.
I purchased my original pillow about 7 years ago. I noticed that it was not as "fluffy" as my original purchase, so I bought a new one. I am glad I did because I am now getting a better nights sleep. I plan to purchase a new on every 4 or 5 years from now on.
I have both the travel size and this one. I like both equally. The travel size is much smaller. This is huge. It's not what I'd call a body pillow, but I'm only five feet tall. It's sqeezably soft, makes you just want to curl up and hug it. I'm still getting used to it. This is a bargain, came with a pillow case, and plastic storage case. With this pillow, I actually look forward to going to bed. I bought this to replace one I paid a lot of money for, after three months that name brand ripped in half around the circumference. I awoke in the night to a ripping sound, and that was all she wrote. A friend had one of these, she highly recommended it, so I bought it. I'm glad I did. For the price you can't go wrong.
For years I had been waking up with cricks in my neck. I thought I'd give the Boomerang pillow a try. Since the first night I have slept all night and wake up with my neck feeling good. Sleeping on my side is so comfortable. I even bought my husband one and he also loves it!
This is my second purchase. Walmart had such a great price compared to other online stores. I love this pillow. I sleep on my side and also like a pillow to hold on to. This takes care of both those needs. What I don't like about the pillow is it doesn't have like a zippered pillow protector that you can zip off and launder. It does come with one pillow case that is just ok. White and nothing fancy. If you are one to sweat around your neck area or drool the pillow does start staining. I have washed the pillow a couple times but it still seems slightly yellowed. I thought I read where it was to be just spot cleaned but no way. So here is the other thing I don't like is it's hard to find pillow cases. Walmart sells them but are out of all the colors except white. There are some for sale on Ebay but from Austrailia and the shipping is ridiculous. I wish I could find a reasonable priced seamstress to make me a pillow protector and a pillow case.
This pillow is great for a side sleeper. I can now sleep on my other side that I couldn't sleep on before and I have been sleeping through the night. I would recommend this pillow.
this is an excellent pillow for the price if you need some kind of support behind your back or neck and need to sit up in bed. Great for people who need to sit up due to GI issues, Women Nursing or if you have have back or breast surgery. It is V shaped and very soft. It is not a firm pillow so if it is firm you are after this is not one for you. The pillow is approx. 30 inches along its longest side, 28 along its shortest side ( it is like v but with a short leg and a long leg) 42 inches across the widest length and 19 inches long down the middle of the V. You need another pillow behind it for support but as for allowing you to sleep with support behind your head it is great and still allow yourself to sleep sitting up. It is white and comes with a white pillow case that is easy to slip off to launder and put back on.
I love this pillow. It gives me the support I want for my shoulders when sleeping on my sides without taking up excessive amounts of room in the bed. My only complaint with it is that the pillow case was so rough and scratchy! Also I have had problems finding a case that fits it properly. I am making due with one that is about 2" too short, and it is ok, but I really wish the case it came with had been of a better quality.
This pillow is perfect when new. The shape is what I need as a side sleeper who switches from right to left during the night. When I first used it, it completely resolved my neck and shoulder pain. I couldn't say enough good things about it. However, it started to go flat after a couple of weeks. It's still better than a regular pillow but it needs a different kind of filling to maintain the full benefit. Since I can't find a pillow like this with a different fill, I've been searching for a different type of stuffing that I can add inside if I rip it open.
