These are for my daughter and son in law. They said they were great.
I bought this pillow to replace a very old pillow that I had borrowed recently. Having had a Temperpedic Pillow once before, I thought this would be a decent replacement. The Pillow was delivered a week earlier than expected and in good shape. I did notice that the box it came in was a bit big, but it was well packed with no damage. The pillow itself is a bit firmer then I was expecting but it didn't take too long to get used to it. There is also a bit of an odor issue, but after a few days it had gone away. It should also be noted that if your room is a bit on the cool side, the pillow will feel firm/hard. However, if you lay on it for a while, it will soffen up. I also like the washable cover and it is not oversized for most pillow cases. In my opinion, it's a keeper.
smelled bad upon pick up
I bought this product after trying a Tempur-Pedic brand pillow. It is not a good copy. It ws too soft and not what I ws expecting. Not a bad pillow but not worth the price.
I was looking for a certain size memory foam pillow at a good value. Decided on this Simmons pillow after reading the reviews. After removing the plastic case, I let it air out for a day. Never did notice any strong odor. The first time I laid my head down on it, I realized this wasn't the pillow for me. It was way to thick and awfully firm for a memory foam pillow. Ended up returning it. Some people might like thick, firm pillows, but not me.
This pillow was to hard for me. It went back.
Very disappointed when I found the pillow actually makes my head tilt upwards as I lay because is so high. I am avg size and feel like the majority of people who are side sleepers will find this uncomfortable for use. Next...
