this is a great item for cold weather
The Kiddopotamus Great. We where able to go camping and not worry about our son getting out of his covers and getting cold.
This works great. Keeps my baby warm including his arms, and I don't have to worry about SIDS. And buying it from Walmart.com was the best - no shipping charges and it was the cheapest around.
We only use it at night, not during daytime naps. My infant loves it. It keeps her nice & cozy in bed. I started using it when she was 8 weeks old. She went from 3-4 hour naps at night to sleeping 6-9 hours in this fleece sleepsack! It was well worth the investment!!! We've been using it for 2 weeks now. The only down side I've seen is that she's more restricted. When she's in a onesie or footed PJ's she will roll over. She can't seem to do that in the fleece sleep sack.
This sleeper is so soft and beautiful!
This is a great product for those cold nights. Baby can't kick off loose blankets. Easy to use and diaper changes are easy to do with product.
The sleeper is very comfy and warm, the only problem is that the "large" isn't long enough--it says it fits ages 6-18 months but my 5 month old seems to just fit it now!
I really loved the long sleeves -I still can't figure out why others are sleeveless. I did think the fabric was a bit thin but if I put a heavier sleeper underneath, my baby stays warm enough.
I have many Kiddomappatomus sleep sacs that I use. I love them and so does my baby. But this one let me down. This is the first fleece one I purchased from them. In the past I bought the lux velboa (velvety) material. The fleece shrinks. Even before you wash it if you put it up against a luxe velboa sac labeled the same size the fleece sac is much smaller and that is before washing. I thought it may be just that one but I purchase three and they were all very small compared to the other material sacs even though they were made from the same company and labeled the same size by age and weight. I would stick to the velboa material or order the fleece one size up from the true size you need. I returned the three that I purchased.
