A little tricky to put on the first time, but not difficult. Works as advertised. Here is my experience: I live in sunny Chandler Arizona and have to park my truck in the driveway all day, every day which is subject to direct sunlight most of the day. I wanted something to keep the heat out and reduce the discoloring and rot the sun can cause on auto upholstery and trim. This seemed to fit the bill. I left the windows cracked slightly, and put the cover on the night before. The reported temp (at the airport a few miles from my house ) yesterday at 5pm was 102. I left a watch with a thermometer on it In the truck all day. The truck sits directly in the sun from 10am until sunset. I check the watch at 5pm, and it showed 110. That is an amazing result to be within 8 degrees of the ambient air temperature in direct sunlight. (I suspect a more accurate reading with identical thermometers and an on-site temperature reading would yield better results.) It was also breezy yesterday and the cover stayed attached with no issues. The real test is when the monsoon winds and rain start in a few weeks. I definitely recommend this product if you have to park in direct sunlight. It really does take about 60 seconds to attach the cover securely, and it can be removed even more quickly. Would give 5 stars but the front flap that tucks under the windshield wipers does come loose in the breeze, but did not seem to have any impact on the temperature inside. Some Notes on sizes – you can trust the guide available on walmart.com. The cover has a zipper which can be zipped up to reduce the overall length to fit a reg cab, or unzipped to fit a double cab. More detailed instructions come with the product.
This was an expensive worthless piece of junk.
