I was skeptical at first with the low price but I was amazed with the craftsmanship. I bought the cover to keep the nicotine of my bike while sitting in the notorious man cave. I'm a happy man.
I love my Budge Yamaha TW200 cover. I have actually used it. It is well made & very sturdy including the elastic. I've seen plenty of flimsy covers on bikes flapping in the wind, this is NOT one of them!
The quality looks / feels like it'll last more than 12 months which for me would be a record. Sizing isn't right. I ordered: Size Code2009 yamaha fz-6-r (EMPMC6), and that's the bike it's trying to cover. Presumably that's what arrived in the package. It *almost* fits, but now I tuck the mirrors in before covering, otherwise the tension on the cover is so tight that either the cover's material will eventually fail, or it'll start scuffing surfaces on the bike. The elastic tension cord at the base of the cover is also super tight which is a good thing in keeping dirt out, but take care when removing the cover cuz if it catches something (a turn signal light, for instance), you might be replacing that, too. Despite all this, still giving it a 5-star...for now.
Excellent cover! Fits my motorcycle well. Sturdy material. I like it enough I'm ordering another one.
Budge was great! Even after making a mistake in my order, they were still great. They paid for shipping both ways to make sure I got the correct cover for my bike! Excellent!!
Snug fit, easy to put on and take off. Protect great from the elements and seems to work very well in the wind. Only thing I wish it had was some type of indicator showing the front and the back. Other than that I'm 100% satisfied and would recommend to a friend!
This is a GREAT cover, way better than the MC-6. Nice N Thick "420 Denier", great outdoor weather / waterproof cover. Won't scratch your bike. This cover is Size XL but its not mentioned in the ad and the Large is too small even for a small bike so I wouldn't get anything smaller than this one.
I bought an X-large for my H-D Ultra Limited Low. Have used it a lot and am now buying a XX-large as I believe it will cover my bike better. There used to be an extraordinary price increase from X-large($19+) to XX-large($59+). Glad the $39+ pricing is more in line with the reality of what you are getting. The pic shows the X-large on my bike.
Better than I thought. Not as thick as I would like it to be. But seems to be able to last for a few years as long as you are not ruff with it.
The bottom line is the top material is pretty cheap. The sides and bottom are constructed well and the elastic band is a nice touch to keep the cover snug on your ride. However, in Callifornia beach weather - a few days of rain and a few days of wind, the cover only lased a year. My bike is even parked in a somewhat protected area. The cover did provide decent rain protection, but if rains serious where you are, buy something heftier. Some water still gets in. Really not much of an improvement over cheaper covers.
