have piece of mind---- keep receiver and trailer hitched locked at all times and uses same key for both
You will only get TWO keys besides what the picture shows. I called the company, Heininger, and was informed that in reallity that is all that is furnished, and they would not nor could not, provide/supply the customer with a extra set of keys. I even offered to pay for the cost. From experiences, these keys on these trailer locks because of the way the keys they are made, different than other keys. It then is a bugger to find a key company to be able to dupulacate them. Second: it takes 3-4 complete rotations of the key to dis-ingage the locking side, SO,,,if your key is on a key chain with other keys, and trying to turn all in that tight location on you hitch to dis-ingage. Well though you might like to know. Other that this, and since I just picked mine up threw a on-line ordering medium, they appear to be able to do what they say that they will do. Will post here other wise.
