I received my Futon today. I was so happy that i had it shipped home then doing site to store. The box it comes in is huge. You would only be able to fit it in a pick up truck with a wide bed if you want to lay it down. It takes two people to carry futon. It was shipped nicely though i had a tear through the box which cut bottom of protective backing on futon. i taped it wasnt happy but it will do. It looks exactly as the picture shown online. Set up was easy. Takes you 5 mins just to screw legs on. Pillows to futon is not attached to futon. There for decoration use. So they wont stay n place. They futon is very sturdy and semi-hard but comfortable. Poistioning the futon is very easy to do to. My purpose for the use of my futon is for the basement. It looks very nice and before i forget it is a size of a sofa but slimmer in shape.
The lounger is great and the color is perfect. The zipper on the storage compartment did come off the first day, but I can't really see myself ever using it unless I move to a new house. I would have love to been able to get this as a set like the black set.
I can't speak enough about this sleeper-sofa! This transformer type of sofa goes from a regular sofa that can seat as many as five to a two person chaise to a queen size bed. It is the most versatile, stylish and affordable sleeper-sofa out in the market. The best part of this sleeper-sofa is that it is stain resistant!!! It is currently occupying my kids playroom and as you can only imagine, they tend to spill something everyday but a quick wipe down will do the job. I love this sleeper-sofa and I recommend it to everyone!
This is a great futon. It looks great, is very comfortable, and fits perfectly in my room. The pillows, however, are definitely meant for decoration, not actual usage. Only problem: mine came without hardware to attach the legs. I tried several times to contact the customer service number listed on the directions, but to no avail (and with the size of the box, there was no way I was returning it, just for missing screws). There was never an answer, and no voicemail either. I was able to pick up the bolts at a hardware store at minimal cost, but it truly was not very convenient. The futon itself is 5 stars all around, but the company's customer service is pretty much non-existent.
My fiance & I bought this red futon sofa for our office/game room and it fits perfectly, it looks great with our asian black and red theme! It folds into a bed easily and is pretty comfortable. We love the modern look it adds to our room! Also very easy to assemble, just screw on the legs! Great product would recommend!
Love it! Besides being a thing of beauty, it was easy to put together and fun to change its positions. There is only one thing I would change: as the customer opens the box, there should be a large piece of paper saying "important, read this first" and explaining where the hidden compartment (and the rest of the parts) can be found. The poor customer service people would get a lot less calls. Look at the bottom of the furniture. There is a zippered U shape where you'll find what you need to put it together.
Just need to screw in the foot hold and you are all set. A really great value for money.
Really easy assembly. The red is gorgeous and fabric is nice. The back of the lounger is an unfinished looking black. Unless you are placing it against a wall, I would not recommend this. The multi-position feature works well. It feels a tad flimsy, not so soft. But overall a great deal for the money spent.
I like the sofa, but when we brought it home, we thought we were missing the legs & pillows. I called walmart, they offered to take money off or we could call the company and try to get the parts. The company called us a week later to tell us the legs & pillow are hidden in a zippered compartment on the undserside of the sofa. Who knew? Now that it is fully assembled, we love it, but it is definitely a hard surface, but we do not sit on it that often.
I really like this product. The color is great and it is very comfortable. I use it as additional sitting space in my living room, not as a full time bed. Probably wouldn't be the most comfortable to sleep on every night.
