This is a great lamp for reading, very flexible, plenty of light but not irritating to others in the room - and it's not to bulky on a bedside table.
i primarly bought the lamp so i can do puzzles and i have to say it's nice and bright it works great ...and it dosent look cheap like some i've seen...i love the blue one.
I bought one for each of my boys to match their bedrooms, one blue, one orange...they need to make a RED one! I love them, and people comment on them when they go look at the rooms. The neck is flexible which is great for shining the light where it's needed. Most importantly, the boys like them.
I needed light for the desk where my granddaughter does her homework. She liked this lamp very much and also my wife was satisfied with it. That is the best warranty of its quality. Believe me.
This is a very nice lamp that can be used almost anywhere. It's flexible neck allows it to be aimed in any direction. It has a weighted base, a very bright light, and the lamp is a great shade of blue. The on off switch is on the base and very easy to find. I'm very happy with my purchase.
Great desk light. Wish the light was brighter but fine to read by.
My daughter was happy with this (it's her bed-side reading lamp) but is it on the small side! It has a tiny halogen (sp?) light bulb that puts off just enough light for what she needs, although it's on the dim side. Kind of like reading by candle light. In spite of being small, the neck of it is long enough to be pretty funtional.
