I never thought that the compounding, polishing and waxing could be so easy and straightforward. I wish they had thought of this product years ago. It is a phenominal time saver and not to mention easy as apple pie to assemble and use. Make sure when you use this product that the buffer turns clockwise. To achieve this with my drill I had to set the drill to reverse otherwise it will turn counterclockwise. I received the best results with the clockwise rotation of the burffer. Tight areas like down below the rearview mirrors can be handled with ease now thanks to meguiars new da power system. Man what an awesome product. It only takes a little of the product to go a long way as well. The sample bottles will last me some time. The results are breathtaking!!!!!!
I had great results with this and the DA PowerPak system on my black BMW X3. I don't have a single water spot anymore and several of the light surface scratches and nicks are totally gone.
It has been too cold and snowy to use on the car but I did use the Mequier's DA Compound kit with the DA drill adapter tool to buff a fiberglass shower stall in a home renovation and it worked great, looks like new. Can not wait to hit the old car.
Had to remove scuff/scratch...tried it with my hand [wax on wax off] no change..The pwr DA system w/Ultimate Compound done in a few passes...
Easy to use and very good results using this product to remove or lessen the appearance of fine scratches from mirror polished stainless steel on my vehicle.
It takes a lot of time and product to achieve a really good result.
The DA powerpak Compound when used in conjunction with the DA power system yields incredible results for the DYI auto enthusiast. Meguiars Ultimate product line is just that, ultimate. The best compound on the market.
i bought compound as part of a DA / compound / polish /wax kit. i needed it for the pad but there is not enough compound to do a whole car. i had do go out and buy a seperate bottle of compound to finish the job
Very minimal effect on scratches. Scratches were 100% visible before use. About 80% visible after use. Tried multiple passes buffing same area. Also the âdrill attachment padâ is just a velcro pad. I was expecting something with a stem protruding so i could mount it to the drill but i had to buy another attachment just so I could use the attachment provided. Greatly disappointing product.
This is more of a sample of the product and is very small. The market place seller wasn't very accommodating either.
