just used this product, the stiching on the carry-on bag has already come undone, making it hard to close the zip. The handle on the suitcase keeps jamming so you are unable to close the handle without a fight.
Product looked great on-line and even at first glance after picking it up...however, a closer look showed that the product was very cheaply made, and would not likely last long at all. The sides of the suitcase have no reinforcement, and the two smaller pieces are in fact much smaller than pictured. The brand, appearance, and price made me think I was getting a good deal; actually I was not. Currently, my local Wal-mart is carrying a a very nice 4 piece set of American Tourister luggage for $64.00...suitcase is expandable and sides are durable, and the extra pieces are large enough to be of some use. May as well spend the extra money and get some luggage that will actually hold up in travel...I immediately returned the on-line set and did so!
