Great for travelling purposes
Travel to my granddaughter. Love the different pieces..room for lots of presents and baby clothes! Hate that the seams are already starting to fray.
I ordered 3 sets of the Fieldbrook II 4 piece set for Christmas gifts for our adult children. The "rolling" duffle bag has no handle. In order for it to "roll" on the floor, you need to stay bent over to hold on to the small side strap that is provided. Very awkward and uncomfortable. When I called customer service and explained the situation, I was told that it clearly states on the web site that the rolling duffle does not have a handle. Really? Where? I stated I would like to exchange my 3 orders for the 3 piece sets. In order to do this, I would need to pay return shipping, wait for reimbursement, then place another order, myself! Not very helpful customer service. VERY disappointing for a brand like American Tourister!
