Really all I can say is wow! I gave this suitcase to my daughter to use for four of her trips and she didn't want to give it back she just loved the space she love that it extends so that you can have more room to add more stuff all these little different compartments it is just a very practical suitcase and stylish. I love the fact that the wheel spin and goes whatever you are going whether it's carpet, hardwood floors or laminate, it rides over everything anything's smoothly. First time I used this kind of luggage because I always think it's kinda heavy but I was wrong. I love this suitcase! It's the perfect size for the travel that I do. I go away two weekends every month for work. This suit is the perfect size and it's so comfortable to travel with. My last trip was on a train, and I was able to fit it perfectly on the the floor by my seat, and I had leg room to spare! It's so lightweight that I was able to carry it up four flights of stairs with one hand. Also, the outside shell is super durable. It still looks brand new and it has been on 8 trips with me so far. Hopefully it will with stand airline travel and abuse
I was excited to use this suitcase as I loved the color and it's so easy to identify on the baggage carousel. On my very first trip with it, the retractable handle broke while I was at the airport going home. It will no longer extend. I had a similar problem with my last carry-on case but that was after 8 years. I wouldn't expect it after just 1 trip...especially from American Tourister.
