Have been using this product for several years & it has been giving me relief with my Sinus congestion. I have been purchasing this product on Walmart.com because my locale Walmart is usually out of stock on this item. I highly recommend this product!!!!
It works great!
Husband is a stroke patient. It helps loosen the mucous in his chest so he can cough easier when he's in bed. I've tried it when ill and it works great for me too.
It helps me to be able to bring up phlegm so I can breath . I have pulmonary fibrosis and at times it becomes very hard to breath.

Nothing breaks up my cold and flu ick better. When I want to breathe again, this does the trick.
The guaifenesin in MUCINEX-12-Hour-600-Mg-Guaifenesin, taken twice per day, will STOP chronic sinus infections for most people. I have Fibromyalgia, which caused my mucus to thicken, which in turn blocked my sinuses, causing constant infections. Once I started taking guaifenesin my chronic infections STOPPED! Be sure to drink lots of water with the product as it really helps the product work.
