I had my daughter put 10 drops in my ear while I lay on my side in bed. I heard minimum crackling. I left it in for 40 minutes. I massaged my ear to make sure I got it all the way in there. I flushed my ear thoroughly with very warm water twice with ear my own ear dropper. Boom, it worked! I could hear again, clog gone. I had tried another brand that didn't work and had to go to doctor.

Good product for removing Earwax. When I bought this I really thought that right after I used it huge chunks of wax would jump out of my ears, however that is not the case. You really need to follow the instructions, leave the solution in your ear for the full amount of time then when flushing it out will need to use full pressure with the included syringe. You will then need to repeat the process MULTIPLE TIMES until you will see results. The first time I did it only a tiny piece of wax came out however if you continue to use it you will see the results that are promised. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
This product works really well after multiple applications, like the directions indicate. It didn't really loosen much of my earwax on the first few tries so you shouldn't expect it to produce a miracle upon the first application. It took 4 times for any wax to come out. Also, I let the product sit in my ears for about 20-30 minutes each time, then flushed them with warm water for about 15 minutes after each application. Overall, I'm impressed with the product. I tried the Debrox earwax removal kit in both ears. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I was surprised that the spout didn't have any type of safety lid or seal to be punctured. When I removed the cap, the spout was ready to use. I would have preferred a seal of some type on the lid. Including the bulb syringe was a great idea to help wash out the loosened wax. The solution was very foamy in my ear just like hydrogen peroxide. I wish the inactive ingredients didn't contain “flavor”....not sure of the purpose of that, and it's an ingredient I would rather not come into contact with.
