I highly recommend these plates for heavy food.
Great value and great quality.
SAVES ME A LOT OF DISH WASHING TIME AND THE STYROFOAM IS THE BEST FOR STARTING THE YARD WASTE FIRE FOR US. WE ARE OUT ON A FARM AND HAVE A LOT OF YARD WASTE. STILL CLEANING UP FROM THE DURECHO IN AUGUST.
We appreciate getting these at a good price because we use them to feed our pets every day. You hate to have to have special permanent dishes that get dirty for the dogs.
Items were as advertised, but based on the pictures I had expected it to be a little wider plate. They are still usable for me, so they are going in my picnic/cake basket trips.
These are very thin and not built for strength, but if you're looking for something quick and easy that is disposable and inexpensive, these will do the job. I use them to feed my three cats so they can have their own plate, and they are perfect for wet food. I don't have to do dishes all the time, and they are cheap enough that I don't mind tossing them after a day or two of use. Know what your needs are for the plates, and do not purchase if you plan on using them for a steak and baked potato. If you need them for finger foods or small desserts, etc., they will be just fine.
These are FOAM plates. I thought they were paper. It could have said this on the wrapper, since it will be sold online with just a small picture. Other than that, I suppose they are ok.
Great for at home and going outdoors. The only problems are they don't handle a heavy meal and you have to be careful when reheating in the microwave.
The plates came just fine but I order with dish soap which came completely open and cover both packs of plates I ordered with soap. Needless to say I had to dispose of them. And this is not the first time something like this happens. I also ordered a thing of paper plates a couple moths ago along with some powdered laundry soap and they sent them together which was a huge mistake because the plates had such a strong smell of detergent I wouldnt have dared gave my children food on them .
Did not realize they were Styrofoam until till after they were delivered. They came up in the search for paper plates so I didnt double check - thats my bad. But not clearly listing these as styrofoam in the description is on WalMart. Just calling these soak proof is deceptive marketing. We already know not to use styrofoam so why is it even still being sold when the alternatives are so much better??
