this is a life changing product I have lots of allergies and asthma using this product once a day (more if needed) has helped stop sinus infections, allergy eyes, headaches and all the symptoms that have been such trouble in past can't recommend this enough no side affects at all and complete relief
Love this product and Sam's has the lowest price we could find.
Four bottles of the nose spray do not work and would like to return them for refund or replacement.

Wife and I like this saline product the best but feel price is a bit high. Looking at possible substitute.
I may be more sensitive to the higher % concentration but this product burns and my ENT recommended I discontinue using due to it obviously drying my sinuses (seen on a recent scope). I'll be switching back to the original formula.
