[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm always around kids and let me tell you, I'm always picking up a head cold. Boy, will this congestion relief keep me up and at 'em. I appreciate the Ultra fine mist and the way it makes my sinuses feel fresh. I know it burns sometimes, but there is some pay off at the end. When I am really needing some heavy duty congestion relief, I know I can pick up this product and most any retailer. Thank you Vicks for providing the product for free to try. I really appreciate it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this about 2 weeks ago and was very anxious to try it. My wife and I have both tried it and are very pleased. It clears up the full feeling congestion in your face. My wife always swore by Flonase, until she tried this one. The other big factor we liked it that it truly lasts almost all day. The only downfall we found was that the first couple times you use it it burns really badly ut you eventually get used to it. And to us the pros outweigh the cons significantly
I was really congested so I tried oral decongestants, none of them budged my congestion. Within 2 minutes, 2 prays in each nostril, I could breathe. The only down side is that my nose is a little runny but at least I can breathe.
I've been dealing with sinus pressure for over 30 years. And nothing seemed to help me. Until I saw this product late last night and told my wife about it. And she went out and found it for me and I immediately tried it . And for the first time in a long time I can breath. Ty
As a young adult I'm a penny pincher, so I was quite skeptical of buying this product. After the first use I was breathing out of my nose, even though it felt “wrong”. I'm very happy with this product and will definitely keep it around for future use. I'm already on my second day of use, so tomorrow I have to quit as it recommends not using this product for more than 3 days.
I had a cold with a ton of congestion, and found it hard to breathe, and sleep because of it. Thanks to this stuff I could breathe again and got sleep. :)
Today is the first time I have ever used this product. I am a firefighter and cant call in sick just for nasal congestion and sinus issues. I sprayed two times in each nostril and within 3 minutes I could breath again and was blowing the nasty out of my nose. Will definitely keep a bottle of this in my locker here at work.

I used this product once to clear up some congestion and I haven't been able to smell correctly since.
The instructions need to clearly and boldly state that this should not be used more than 3 days. I had to search the fine print to find this warning. As a medical provider, I see countless patients suffering from rebound congestion due to overuse of the product. They are unaware of this effect due to the product label not calling proper attention to these directions.
