And where I was very easy to install. Seems sturdy enough to support people. Very happy with my choice.
I bought this assist handle to help going up and down our Solid Step. This was so easy to install, everything was included in the box for the installation. This adds so much stability and gives you something to hang onto or set a package or laundry basket on when entering our 5th wheeler. Love it!
The handrail is a nice addition to the Solid Step. For my wife, it is almost a necessity, as she uses a cane and it is a great assist.

Great product. My only complaint is that it had been shipped to a customer in Naples, Florida before me in Ohio. The box still had the original packing slip on it! The handrail had been removed from the box and scratched up some. Purchaser probably couldn't figure out how to mount the handrail and returned it. All the hardware and instruction sheets were like new so I did not go through the hassle of returning the package. It is not that difficult to install.
The handrail works well. I had to drill the holes in hand rail larger to get pins to go through. Hand rail was filthy like it was laying around in warehouse for a long time. One side of lower bracket did not sit flush with stair rail. Had to drill holes for lower bracket into stair rails. Was disappointed that I had to so much improvising to get it together. The advertising was misleading in that respect.
Nothing to add.
This is ONLY a review of how it was received, box appeared to have been soaking wet and then shoved in a FedEx truck. Box was half open when it arrived and ALL the hardware was missing from within. NOT Walmarts fault and they did ship another and a label to return this one. Can't review the step as I can't install it without hardware!
This item was just the railing and not the steps as I thought it was.
