I bought two of these screens and I love them. I converted a shop into a guest house and still had stuff to hide, and these worked great. I found similar ones online at much cheaper prices but the shipping was out of sight. With free shipping, the WalMart ones were a much better deal, to say nothing for the fact that it was an honest price. I'd recommend them or buy them again in a heartbeat.
I use this to keep cool air flowing in certain parts of the house. Very pretty and worth the ninety nine bucks!
Was better than my expectations! This room divider is beautiful and I am using it to hide my water system in my finished basement. The cherry finish is so nice and gives my room a nice finished look.
Hinges bend both ways. All wood with cloth (polyfiber?) screen. Feels pretty sturdy. Hinges are mounted a bit slapdash, but seem entirely functional. Crosshatch only on one side. Delivered well-protected in a double box.
My cat has become older and is unable to walk down the basement to "do his business"! The panel has allowed me to conceal his space and no one has a clue that the litter box is nearby. GREAT BUY.
It works for me as a screen in front of my desk, so the desk is not the first thing you see when entering the room. I like the fact that it weighs only a bit over 13 lbs., so it's easily carried and moved around. I like that the panels can be moved in either direction, which changes the look of the screen. I initially objected to the brass hinges and thought about painting them with some black metal paint, but I still haven't done so, and frankly don't even notice the hinges now. The screen, while blocking an unwanted view, still lets light through. Overall, a happy addition to my living room, and it fits in so well, it looks like it has always been there. Good looking and good quality. Definitely a worthwhile purchase.
Bought one a few months ago, loved it, and decided to get another. Wasn't so lucky the second time around. I have received two in a row that I have had to return because they arrived damaged. I'm waiting on the third to arrive. The good thing is that it's free shipping so I will keep getting them till I get a good one. They do look very nice and I used the other one to hide the furnace in the basement. The wood part is very fragile, I would compare it to the wood on a Popsicle stick. The fabric part is very similar in texture and strength to a fabric softener sheet, just to give you an idea of how fragile this product is. I wouldn't use around animals or small children who could knock it over, for fear it may not survive the fall. So, if you order this screen, I hope you get a good one!!!

This item came quickly and undamaged. It looked like in the photo. However the piece was not sturdy and looked as if It might topple over on a carpeted surface. I did retuen item at the local store. I gave 3 stars as it did look nice and arrived quickly. It was just not sturdy enough for my intended use of the product.
Although the divider was delivered quickly, contrary to what other reviews have stated, this item is very flimsy. In addition, several of the hinges were detached and and the wood frame was damaged in two places.
